Hampton Inn Washington DC NoMa Union Station

Every staff member was ALWAYS kind. That's a strong statement and I mean every word of it. We were only in town for 24 hours and the staff was so helpful answering our pesky tourist questions. For safety, they kept the lobby door locked after hours and we used our key to get in the door. Also, the room key was needed to get the elevator to go up. We appreciated the safety these extra steps offered.

Location was perfect and it was clean and spacious

Disliked the room. Broken phone, running toilet, broken light and fire alarm beeping. Definitely not worth the price paid!
