Hampton Inn Washington DC NoMa Union Station

The hotel was very nice; clean, well-kept, quiet. The staff was great…friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast…plenty to eat. The shuttle to Union Station and to anywhere within a mile was awesome. Lots of places to eat in Union Market which is very close to the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, great bathroom, the amenities are nice and staff was always courteous. The location is great and we got around easily in DC and going to Maryland.

The location of the hotel was away from the nearest public transport but they have a shuttle service to the Union station. The staff was wonderful in helping and directing people to their destination.

Every staff member was ALWAYS kind. That's a strong statement and I mean every word of it. We were only in town for 24 hours and the staff was so helpful answering our pesky tourist questions. For safety, they kept the lobby door locked after hours and we used our key to get in the door. Also, the room key was needed to get the elevator to go up. We appreciated the safety these extra steps offered.
